I live in an apartment building, where the dryer is vented out the roof. The venting in my ceiling has been leaking for some time. Management has done little to fix the problem, trying to patch it up with some goo. now there is another leak. My understanding is that there is excess lint in the venting, they tell me to be sure to clean my lint trap (which I do-however we wash frequently so that adds to the problem) What can be done to fix this problem? Will they have to change all the venting?
