Water Softener Problem -(Philip Cudia - please note)

My Saxton watersoftener is blocking nearly all water flow throughout the house (problem posted on 3/18/04). I have been operating on by-pass since then - too busy with other things.

I see you posted a response to the above on 4/4/04 indicating a willingness to send me a copy of the manual. Is this for a Saxton? My model number is FA32 RC-255. If the manual you have is the right one, I would greatly appreciate getting a copy. My phone number is 714-970-6438. I see that on 4/5/04 you posted a second message stating the remedy. Having a copy of the manual, as mentioned above, will help me understand what is involved in "changing out all the filters".
