Is there a durable (epoxy-based?) concrete paint that I can use on a basement wall? What should I do to prepare the wall for paint? Can I smooth out some of the form seams and patch the surface so it's smoother? What's the best way to do this?
This wall is in a "gym-like" environment that gets a lot use.
