Built a community center some 15 yrs ago and now the noise from traffic from nearby road makes it difficult to hear. What do you suggest?? Walls and ceiling are wallboard and we have added wood bookcases and kitchen cabs to absorb but with little results. We are a do it yourself group. Can you point us in the right direction?
