Allow the wall to dry to the inside. Plus monitor the in the indoor %RH. In addition monitor the indoor %RH. Maintain <50%RH to avoid condensation on the cool concrete surfaces behind drywall/insulation or under carpeting. This is critical and may occur while wet and humid outside.
