My husband and I purchased our 88 model home in 92 we first heard of a lawsuit @93 and became part of the class action suit. In the meantime, we have had to replace the flooring and pipesin our kitchen 1 of the baths and now we have to replace flooring in 2 of the bedrooms. we have also replaced every single connector in the plumbing throughout the house. my husband has done the work and thank goodness he can because the only thing we have heard in 11 years from the firm handling the lawsuit is that they were still working on it and that was more than five years ago. So good luck getting any relief.
