Fixing concrete steps

Hi, Just need to know the best way to repair my front steps. They are hollow inside, and have developed a couple of good sized holes on the top level. What is the best way to fill in the holes without needing to fill the entire hollow inside? My eventual goal may be to create a decorative front entrance by tiling with Terra cotta style tiles or pavers and grouting. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
