But a dusty, time consuming job. Being that the cabinets are bleached, ( rather than stained dark ), you should be able to sand this off relatively easy. First invest in a good palm sander that has the pad with the pointed tip on it. I think Black & Deckers is called the Mouse. Sand every inch of the cabinets. Start with a 100 grit and work your way to 220. You have to really get in those corners or the white will show. After sanding, remove all dust with a tack cloth. Make sure its 100% clean. Next you can go with a polyurethane or, ( as I prefer ), sanding sealer and finish coat with sheen of your choice.
