I just got an older bandsaw, 1989. Each time I start it, it runs for a few seconds and the blade slips off. Actually, the rubber tires on the two wheels are slipping off as well, not sure if those tires are supposed to be adhered to the wheels? Maybe the "tires" need to be replaced? Is this what is causing the blade to slip off or visa versa?
