Old Wooden Porch

I'm sure a realtor would disagree with my opinion, since they are basically appearance driven, curb appeal and all that. But if I were looking at the this house, and it became obvious to me that the porch needs structural work, yet has been freshly painted, I would scrutinize every little thing in this house, suspecting other coverups. I would rather the realtor or homeowner said to me "yeah the porch needs a little work here because...". This gives me the option to have it fixed the way I want it to be. And I might be less cynical as looked at the rest of the place, since you are honest and upfront.

Of course, I realize the world doesn't work that way. Makes you wonder whats behind the fresh paint of the house you're moving to...
