My house is older and was remodeled in 1993. My problem is that when the remodeling was done, numerous things were skimped on. For example the wallpaper is peeling and very cheap cabinets were installed that are now warping. Also they tried to retape the old drywall and the tape is peeling. The stucco outside is peeling as well. Obviously something has to be done. Is it possible to file a lawsuit and be reinbured for some of the money needed for repairs?
