My husband and I are considering putting a bathroom in our basement. We are in the process of finishing the entire basement and would like a bathroom, but don't know if the price will be worth it as far as resale values go. We are also unsure if we should put a half bath or a full bath. Of course I would prefer a full. Is there a standard for the amount of money a house is worth with 2 and 1/2 baths vs. 3 and 1/2? The cost of a full bath is $3000. Please advise. Katrina Pearce
