I have a high water table were I am going to build my house. I was digging test holes and hit water about 30 inches down I want to put in a full foundation but not sure what to do about the water problem I am going to rubber wall the outside and put footing drains what else should I do I want to use the basement as living and dont want to be floating thanks for any info you can giving
