how to make a wooden go kart out of a lawn mower engine

i'm a 12 year old and ive been wanting a go kart since like grade three ofr somthing i ve got wood and a motor i just dont know how to construct it. i went to a different site and he said to get a noram belt clutch and run it were the blade was and run that to the axle and put gears there so it will work. is that right
