I own a commercial/residential pressure washing business with a steam cleaning pressure washer (200 degrees, 3500 psi) and I have had little luck removing these stains. Due to the porous nature of concrete, these stains seep into the surface and are impossible to remove. What I suggest to my customers is putting a concrete sealer on the area. They come in all the colors of paint, are easy to apply, and in the future make removing these stains easy.
