I live in a hilly area and have had a person purchase the lots uphill from me. They said they are going to build with their septic draining into my property. From everyone else's experience, can a person drain their septic into another person's yard (it's a wooded ravine at the back of my property which I totally own) without getting approval to drain into their yard?
