I have a cinderblock wall around my patio, probably about 5 feet tall. I'd like to add another 2.5 - 3.5 feet with 1x1's in a shaddowbox, or latice, or something along those lines for more privacy.
What is the best way to attach 4x4 posts to the top of a cinderblock wall? Will those 4x4 brackets that you pre-drill into concrete hold in a cinderblock? If not, anyone have any other ideas?
