have a house am trying to sell,but it needs alot of work.need to know how to go about it since funds are very limited,almost non existant. any suggestions?The house is old,needs counter work,tiles are caving in,windows old wood and lots of them.kitchen floor coming up,etc.corner of walls have leaks.need whatever help can be obtained.
