I know this is an old post, but just in case somebody stumbles across it... I got latex paint on one of my shirts and it had been dried on there for a week. I got some Goof Off, applied it directly to the dried paint, then used an old toothbrush to scrub. It came right off, no problems! I threw it immediately in the wash and it's as good as new!
