Interesting point. It is true what you said-" Sometimes get good results without following all the manf's instructions...you WILL have times when the instructions were INDESPENSIBLE to obtaining good results". Why then, after following instructions, would you return the product for the same. The chance that the next can of the same exact product will bring the same results is not, to me at least, off set by a 98% success rate. To me, the higher percentage would fall in the "same product, same store, same salesman, and guess what...same lousy results" catagory. Remember the saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me". But, yes, some products do deserve the benifit of another try. A stale snickers one day eserves a shot at a fresh one the next...but not from the same restock twice a year vending machine. Case in point is if a product fails but is known to be decent, try it again. If a product has never been known to deliver and dosen't, don't be a fool. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
