Sounds like you might have bent one of the brackets that hold the blades, that or maybe the electrical box. Do this, hold a yard stick vertically touching the ceiling close to the fan. While the fan is off rotate the blades and see if each blade hits the same measurement. If they don't you can be sure it's the blade brackets, you'll have to purchase new ones they are very difficult to bend back to the original way the manufacturer made them. Hope this helps! good luck
