I'm not aware of this contractor but try phone information for that town or look on the web for the yellow pages or for a web site for the town. Good luck and have them deliver the bathroom first. It will make the rest of the three weeks more comfortable. I not sure how they could have too many modules without a lot of wasted double wall and floor construction through the house. Just buy you a manufactured home if that is what you want instead of a site built home. I know some guys who may shop build their stud walls and sometimes add sheeting on them while waiting out a snow storm or something. Then they haul them to the site. Good luck.
