I had an in-ground pool installed in Nov. 2003 and the same pool company poured the concrete decking around the pool. The concrete never seemed to dry out right. I now have big dark grey patches all over the decking. The pool area has had nothing but straight sunshine. The pool Co. keeps telling me " Give it another month". This has been going on since Nov. and now it's May 2004 and I still have the dark patches. Any ideas before I get legally anger?
