Painted a house 3 yrs ago that was painted brick. Mine was not the first coat. Paint was peeling so I scraped and primed. Now it is doing it again only in different places. I know because there is no voids where paint was scraped. I think she wants me to do it for nothing since I was the last painter, but I,m not going to. The paint is coming right off the brick. Do you know of something to seal this wall with. Before anyone answers, 3previous coats. no moisture problems, and house wall faces north. Thanks for any help.
