Have a question - My wife wants us to tear out our front porch and "paver" up to the front door using a "half moon" step in front of the door. This will look great - here's the problem - We have an overhang that is currently supported by the porch (not well since the porch is lifting/tilting!) How do we support the roof - Do we need to dig down and put in a cement foundation where the new overhang supports will go and how far - Thanks!
