From the wording of your question, I assume you have no experience with household electrical work. That being the case, the change that you propose probably should not be attempted by you without someone skilled in electrical work to guide you. (On site, not over the internet.) That said, it may be possible to add a receptical at one of the three-way light switches. If the switch where you want the receptical has an incoming line, neutral and ground, it would be possible to replace the single gang box with a double gang box and add the outlet beside the light switch. If you do not have the line from your breaker at the appropriate switch (if it goes to the other switch or to the light) then you are out of luck without running another cable to your desired location.
