HB Room Air Conditioner Noise

When I turn on the new air conditioner, it makes a loud roaring noise in a few seconds after I turn it on. More like a viberation and the unit is installed firmly. I can't budge it. Need to know how to correct this problem. Hampton Bay Room Air Contioner HBLG1003RT4.
