arm&hammer baking soda frig pack(s). it may take several over a couple of weeks but it works. I had a rental that the renter vacated without notice and the electric was turned off with meat in the freezer. rotted meat smell was terrible, but the baking soda took care of it. It also helps to scrub the interior with a backing soda paste
