I had trouble finding replacement hardware for my attic stairs.

I found the manufacturer on the inside panel (ASI, Inc.)

After much research, I learned that ASI is American Stairway (also known for Bessler stairs).

Couldn't easily replace the stairs because the rough opening is 47 1/4 inches long, 26 1/4 inches wide, with 17 inch wide steps.

I called American Stairway customer service at 901/360-1900. Customer Service was friendly and found the hardware I needed for only about $20.
