answer to super glue removal from plastic eye glasses

I JUST this second got finished removing smeared, dried super glue from my husbands plastic eye glass lenses. I used Cutex regular nail polish remover with a very soft cloth, it took it all off and did not leave a "cloudy" lens. Hope this answers the folks who were looking.
