Help. I have purchased a product(Nice n Easy House and Mobile Home Cleaner) Do I have to use a power washer with this product? also the lady who sold me this product told me, I could use normal latex exteriour paint for the mobile home. because I used this product. but something in me, just tells me this is not right. I want to do the job correctly. Help me. also after cleaning the mobile home. How long should I let the place set, before I begin painting? I want the job to be a good one. thank you.
