If you don't like Home Depot go somewhere else. What do you expect? If these people were home improvement specialists they wouldn't be working at Lowes or Home Depot for minimum wage. You got two choices, you do the research yourself then go in the store and get what you know you need or go to your local general/hardware store where the people that know what they are doing will help you but you'll pay more. Oh by the way, you better get to the local hardware store quick because that new home depot outside of your town is probably about to put them out of business.
