I'm having the same problem locating service or info for my Saxton system. It came with my new/older house and I haven't a clue how to maintain it. The outake or intake tubing looks pretty green from algae and I think you periodically dump rock salt into the holding tank. If anyone knows the whereabouts of a Saxton man near San Jose, Ca., it would be greatly appreciated!
