My 2nd floor is always hotter than my 1st floor. the bedrooms on the second floor do not have light fixtures. Would it be cheaper/better to get an electrician in to get into the attic and provide what's needed to add a ceiling fan to each room, or should I use a whole house or attic fan to cool off the 2nd floor?
