I have had bad luck

I took up rugs, had old wax on hardwood floors. I sanded, properly, the three rooms, then applied a water-based poly, 5 coats, three hours drying in between and then 24 before heavy traffic.

They have held up horribly. I am going to call the manufacturing. I am so unhappy with their product. I had a toilet overflow (my four year old) and didn't catch it for about an hour and a half and the poly just flaked off. At my entrance, where snow and water would be exposed to the wood, I have a throw carpet and that is peeling off... My living room floor, from normal walking, has had to be done twice in eight months and needs it again....
