Shut the power OFF to the Garbage disposal........

Open that double switch/outlet box and check the connections..........

MOVE any BACK-STABBED wires to the screws provided on the outlet.........

Check any connections in the box are tight and secured with wirenuts.........especially check the white wires.........

Plug your TESTER in......Turn the power back ON and check the "problem".....

post the results.............

After fixing the neutral problem You should replace the counter outlets with the required GFCI outlets for a safer kitchen........doug
