It is not possible and a code violation to alter trusses in any way except under the direction of the manufacturer or a structural engineer or your code enforcement office.
It is not possible to do what you suggest without demolishing the entire roof structure and reframing the rafters and floor joists to carry the proper loads.
Without additional information as to your location(snow/wind loads), spans, what you plan to use this space for, and so forth, it is not possible to give any further advice.
The bottom line is, however, you need to at the very least, to consult your local code enforcement office and possibly engage the services of a structural engineer to design a proper roof and floor system for this new space.
