The painted concrete block foundation of our house (much of which is above ground) is ugly. Some of the block is very old some only 20 years. Can this be covered with stucco? Is this a do-it- yourself project. We are pretty handy in home remodeling and repairs. Any other alternative fixes for this eyesore?
