I did have the new kit installed. There is still mold on the compartment where you pour in the detergent, etc. The machine still smells suspicious. I have a service contract on this machine. I think that as part of the service contract, you should be allowed a six-month clean-up to check for any mold. I want to see where all the rest of the mold is hiding.

The machine is supposed to conserve water and yet I have to run one or two full cycles a month without clothes and only bleach and then one or two extra loads with clear water to flush the bleach. First I fill all the detergent compartments with bleach and then half way through the cycle I turn off the machine and let it sit there with bleach for 5-15 minutes. THen run one or two full cycles with plain water. How is this conserving water??

The smell has never gone away.

my e-mail is gumby16@comcast.net
