gable shutter

i installed an attic fan , works great. problem is that i can't find an automatic gable shutter vent to fit the opening in the wall. dimensions of the hole are 30" h x 24" w. everywhere i have checked have only square vents. this is a 60 year old house and the the original vent was installed during construction. where can i find the right size exhaust vent?
