Concrete I don't know if there is any hope for it but to seal it and hope it never comes back. Scrub the concrete with bleach first and have a fan run on it for a couple of days before you seal it.
Wood you can fix. Let it dry with a fan for a couple of days then polyurithane the floor - don't get one with stain in it. Just the plain poly. Then you can recarpet.
