fastening to metal studs

Wally, a method to fasten would be to use molley fasterners, they have a butterfly connection instead of a nut to secure to the wall, instructions are on the package. use 3/16 molly if you are going to have heavy canned goods stored in the cabinets (assuming in the kitchen :<} )the molley can be used by drilling a hole thru the drywall and studs, or just thru the drywall. drilling thru the studs will give better support, but is not absolutely necessary.
