You are going to need primer and finish coats. You could use exterior grade if the garage is not conditioned. Rather than give you recommendations for a specific paint, I think you should just go to a pro paint store like Benjamin Moore, Kelley Moore, Sherwin Williams, etc. They have expertise to help you pick out the most suitable material for each surface and estimate the quantities necessary. Take your interior wall and ceiling measurements in and buy what they recommend. Ask for a preferred customer card too. It will usually save you about 20% on paint and tool purchases now, and in the future. The paint stores gladly do this to develop customer loyalty.
