the problem you were haveing has been corrected in the mav5500aww & mav6500aww.and on the mold issue, cut down on the amount of soap to 1 eighth of what you would use on a top loader and swich to powder soap.a good meisuring tool would be a oxey clean scoop. the mould problem will disapeir.
