I had a cat that usen my family room as his own private commode. We took up the carpet, scrubed the cement floor and painted the floor with Zinsser sealer. Most of the odor is gone but in spots that were really bad the sealer remained tacky. I have used amonia and water to remove the sealer and I would like to paint the floor but I want it all sealed first. I hope someone can help me.
