Designing and building a hot tub/pool

Dear Bob,

I wish to design and build my own hot tub/pool for water exercise with whirlpool jets and other spa equipment. I would like to build it from concrete (in-ground) with dimensions of 20'Lx10'Wx6'D.

Please tell me the best way to go about it and to source the spa equipment I would need.
