Cast Iron Radiators

I have a cast iron radiator that has a crack on one on the interior fins. Can I seal this with epoxe or does it have to be welded. Also can I dis-assemble the radiator by removing the nuts on the rods between the fins and remove the defective fin??? Does anypone know haw the fins attach to one another are there gaskets between the fins?? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
