No, 'conversion kits' are only available to change a gas range between natural gas and propane and that would depend on the exact model number off the appliance. Too many of the range's components would have to be changed to convert a standing pilot ignition system to an electronic ignition system or vise versa, to make it feasible.
If you want an electronic ignition range you'll have to purchase one.
