Neptune washer

Machine was purchased in 2000, not a problem until Dec.2003, We've had to replace 2 circuit boards, the last one in April,in less than a month, we now need to replace it again, #3, thats 3 boards in less than 6 months. Maytag has replaced all of them for nothing, but we still have to pay the service call. This is quite frustrating. I was told by their phone rep. that there is another part, the wax motor, that keeps shorting out the circuit board, and it should be replaced also, and it will take care of the problem. Will give it one more try, and if it doesn't work, than it's time to join the class action lawsuit!!! Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
