pool deck drainage problem

my whole backyard is concrete/decking. I have a longstanding drainage problem that seems to be getting worse. Normally, after a heavy rain, water will pool up close to the patio where the pool deck slopes down towards it. I expect that after a heavy or all day rain, but now I am getting pooled/standing water even when I just hose down the deck/patio area. The drainage of this standing water is abnormally slow compared to what it used to be. So, I figure something somewhere is blocking the water from draining properly. My question is....who can I call for repair?..plumbing co, pool co., landscaper?, patio builder? thanks. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
